Awesome airplane bag!
Fits just enough gear for short trips and local trips. Durable. In love with how to attach to your other luggage! Genius! Always the best quality and innovations.
low roller snowboard bag.
these board bags are the best.
Great bag
Purchased the Dakine lo roller bag for a trip to Japan. Effortlessly packed two boards and all my gear with room to spare! Durable construction, and a breeze wheel around.
Everything I Need
This bag is everything I need and can pack everything I need! (see what I did with the title?) I picked up the 157, even though the boards are 159 and 161 and they fit, no problem. 2 boards, bindings mounted, helmet, extra layer, a water bottle and some food and such in the front compartment. Moreover, having the shoe bag is a big plus since I like having that separation of footwear from everything else. I have size 11 boots and they fit just fine. The only thing you want to be wary of is to make sure the sole of your boot is along the bindings; the other way, it wont close. The bag is comfortable to roll along as well. The only tiny concern I have is that the zip tabs are plastic. Hard plastic at that and they feel solid. And they go with the aesthetic of the bag. But metal tabs are just that. Metal. Tiny concern. All in all, there are no doubts in getting this roller. If you're here reading this, here is your sign. Get it.
Solid and stylish
Great, stitching, zippers and wheels. Lots of padding. Folds up small for storage. Could not ask for more.
OK Value, Not as Durable as Expected
After only one trip, some of the seams on my bag (got the "coated" version) are already starting to come apart. It's a decent value for a bag at a relatively low price point (compared to other bags). However, I was disappointed by the quality of the "boot bag" and the seeming lack of durability of the materials used for the bag. In all, I'm not sure whether I'd purchase again, but this bag will protect your snowboard a little bit (not a lot like some other bags) when traveling. If that's what you're looking for at this price point, I think you'll get something acceptable (but not much more than that).
Cannot handle airline travel
I would suggest this Dakine bag no longer be sold. The fact that it is a single use because it can't handle normal wear and tear of travel in the modern airline system is ridiculous especially given it is advertised as a travel bag for a snowboard. My previous bag lasted for over 10 years and was significantly cheaper. The design of this bag is fundamentally flawed. Do not buy if you intend to use it as a checked bag.
Super slick snowboard bag
I found a recommendation online saying hands down best all round travel bag. I’ve been using it the past month just to go to the local hill, and love it. I got it specifically for a trip to Steamboat. Hope I’ll equally love it to travel with. Stand by..
Poor quality, lack of warranty support, beware! Side of bag tore on its first flight!
Really disappointed to find that my new bag had torn on its first trip from Melbourne to Tokyo. Contacted Dakine Australia immediately and was told that because the tear is not on a seam it’s not covered under warranty. No idea how that logic works!! Still waiting for a further reply from Dakine for the last week…nothing yet!!
Perfect
This bag fits all of my travel needs with room for extras! The removable boot bag is a must have and the quality of Dakine is never disappointing.

I have a 158W Capita board. It's a smidge over 12" will this still work?
Hey! I absolutely love this bag and have a Jamie Anderson heli bag already. Only thing is.... I'm a skier and have 156 cm skis. Could I make this bag work for me? Thanks, Jules
What is the difference between the 'Fall Line Ski Roller' and the 'Boundary Ski Roller'? It seems that 'Boundary Ski Roller' has an additional outside pocket, 2 straps on the outside, and an inside bag for clothes, and comes in different sizes. But what else is different?
I am looking for the best travel bag for my snowboard and my wife’s skis. Which do you recommend and why? Thank you in advance!
I have a 156 snowboard, would it be best to order the 157 or 165 bag?
Est-ce qu'il va en avoir d'avantage en stock dans les prochaines semaines?
We are shooting for early December!
Good afternoon. I ordered the cascade camo low roller bag in 165 centimeters on Friday 12/3. Before I checked out, it said that it would be shipped by 12/15, but after I purchased it my email said it would be shipped by 1/17. I need the bag by 1/6 for a cross country snowboarding trip. Then out of curiosity I came back to the site right now and hovered over the same bag I purchased, in the same color and length, and it says it's available to Pre-order and shipped by 1/17. I did not have to Pre order it when I purchased it on Friday as it was available. Does this mean I got one of the last ones and now others have to pre order? I really just need to know if I will get the bag by the end of December/beginnig of January. Thank you :D
My board is 153cms, what size would you recommend? The 157cm or 165cm?
157cm!
Hello, I prefer my snowboard bags to be compact... I see the low roller 157cm full length dimension is 170cm; can it fit a 158cm board? Thank you
It will be a tight fit but should work. The dimensions you've called out are outside measurements, which includes fabric/material.
Can the low roller bag hold 2 pair of skis?
Hi Alvin, With this bag being designed strictly for carrying up to 2 snowboards, I can't guarantee that it will easily accommodate and carry your two pairs of skis. You are more than welcome to order if you feel the dimensions listed for the bag will work for your own skis & equipment! Cheers, Dakine.com e-Commerce Support Team
