Riding for a Cause: Dakine’s Ongoing Partnership with B4BC
When your gear carries more than just snowboards and boots—when it carries meaning— you know something special is happening. Dakine’s partnership with Boarding for Breast Cancer (B4BC) does exactly that: combining action sports, awareness, and community to amplify a message that transcends winter hills and resorts.
What is B4BC?
Boarding for Breast Cancer (B4BC) is a nonprofit founded in 1996 that promotes early detection, education, and a healthy, active lifestyle as tools for breast cancer prevention. It also supports survivors through wellness retreats, educational outreach, and community events.
Over the years, B4BC has leaned into collaborations with brands in the action sports space—surf, skate, snow—to create special edition products that both raise awareness and support the cause.
Dakine X B4BC
Dakine’s B4BC collection goes beyond surface-level branding. These are high-performance, eco-conscious products that also support a cause—with a portion of proceeds directly funding B4BC’s initiatives. Dakine first teamed up with B4BC in 2019.
