Dakine Baja Tie Down Straps

The Dakine Baja Tie Down Straps are heavy-duty straps designed for car roof racks. These straps are sold in sets of two 12-foot straps with 1-3/8 inch cam buckles for secure tightening. The Baja Tie Down Straps also feature a protective neoprene buckle housing.

Quality product that needs some mechanism tweaking

It works well - very secure. But the hardware is hard to maneuver when inserting the strap. The hardware chipped my nail ad I was figuring out how to work the device. I think the spring mechanism needs to be more agile without loosing its security and durability.

Dakine Baja racks

The straps are easy and perfect. The foam pads are a little small for my racks which make it make some flappy noises but that was my fault for not checking dementions

Great wide thick straps

Like them so far. They will need to get broken in, out a the package they are a little stiff and hard to get in the cam buckle. But still like them

Awesome straps

Nice long straps, perfect size to strap down 2 paddle boards, love the orange colour, nice durable quality, the protectors over the buckles are nice!

Hard to start

The straps work great once you are able to feed the end through the clip. It’s hard to get the end through due to the protective sleeve.
