THE ULTIMATE COLD WEATHER CYCLING GLOVES
Cold weather cycling calls for hand protection that keeps the blood circulating through your fingers so you can feel your handlebars and controls. We’ve designed our White Knuckle Bike Glove to be the perfect combination of protection and performance for all cyclists, whether you’re on a late-season mountain bike ride, a frigid winter road session or an early morning commute. The Gore-Tex Infinium™ outer shell blocks wind and water, while the brushed tricot insulation ensures that your fingers stay toasty. The AX Suede™ synthetic palm material keeps your hands glued to the handlebars, while a four-way-stretch, slip-on cuff locks in the warmth. If weather picks up while on your ride, these gloves feature a tuck-away shield for further protection. What’s more, the touchscreen-compatible fingertips mean you can use your devices without taking the gloves off.

The perfect winter riding glove
Bought these for my husband for Xmas and he loves them. They do run on the smaller side, so do size up. But he says they keep his hands warm on those 30 degree day rides.
White Knuckle glove review for mountain and dirt biking
I have been using white knuckle gloves for nearly 10 years now. The old version was better in my opinion. The older version (without the tuck away shield) had a thicker glove material and was a better quality glove. The new one seems cheezy in the material and is too tight (when compared to my 5 other pairs of dakine bike gloves). I don't see any value in the tuck away shield because the way they made it, it increases the amount of material in the grip to be too large going over a bike handlebar grip. Dakine - please go back to the original White Knuckle design, it is much better!
Best cool weather glove I've found
This is THE best glove I've found for MTB between 30-50* F I've tried a lot of gloves and love this one. The hand feels is just like my summer gloves. My hands stay warm down to about freezing and with the rain cover I can push that a bit further. I also love the long cuff that keeps warmth in. Fits just like any other Dakine glove. True to size. Never stop making this glove, please!
White knuckle gloves
Gloves were comfortable in freezing temps, but not too much lower. Didn’t use the covers, which could help in colder temps. They breathed very good, didn’t sweat like most winter gloves.
a little diasappointed
thought they were a winter glove
These are falsely advertised.
These are not winter gloves. Went for a ride in 29F and they performed terribly. Hands started to freeze within minutes of my ride. No heat retention, no wind protection, screen finger tip doesn’t work. Anything faster than a thigh burning uphill climb resulted in rapid temperature loss and loss of feeling in my fingers. Had to pull over to shake my hands multiple times and during these stops my proper winter gear was warming up my body to the point where I was sweating while my hands regained little to no warmth. By the end of my ride that I had to cut short, I couldn’t move my hands. I had to warm up my hands inside my house for the next 15 minutes in throbbing pain due to my hands reaching such a cold state. Completely ruined my ride and my morning. In fact after writing this review 8 hours later my hands feel beat up and worn out from the cold state my hands reached due to the zero performance of these gloves. These are not toasty winter gloves by any means. Highly disappointed.
Great glove but not for big hands
I have big hands and I ordered the XL and it is almost imposable to get my hand in them. I wish they had a 2XL.
Super Versatile Glove
I've been using this glove all winter and they're fantastic. The wind/rain pullout sleeve is crazy handy when you need it, saved my hands a few times. Grip is really nice as well, never had any issues with being at the ready on a downhill section, some of my other glove options were too bulky to actually feel confident riding with. Anyways you need a winter mtb glove, this are the ones.
Perfect gloves for everything
I use these gloves for more than just winter riding. It's amazing to have the mit/glove combo, on top of the split fingers. I use these for driving, skiing, riding, just about everything. I am a female, size small hands, they fit perfectly.
Warm-ish but slippery
The gloves, so far, are made well and keep my hands relatively warm... the tuck away shield helps with warmth a lot... BUT unfortunately it is slippery. I wish the shield had some sort of texture on it. I understand it needs to stretch, but needs some tackiness somehow. They fit true to size and the tucked shield isn't a big deal on your wrist.
