Bring the essentials with the minimalist Shuttle 6L bike hydration pack. The two-liter hydration reservoir with bite valve sits neatly in a backpack with cooling comfort thanks to the breathable mesh back panel and shoulder straps. Sunglasses stay protected in the fleece-lined pocket, and a dedicated sleeve provides easy pump access. An updated recycled poly outer is rugged and sustainable, and the sternum strap features a rescue whistle. The Shuttle 6L has a home for everything you need and nothing you don't.

6L backpack

Usually a Dakine fan, but not for this water backpack

I’ve purchased several Dakine products in the past (multiple set of gloves, a ski travel bag) and always been very happy with them. But I did not have the same experience with this water backpack. The nozzle is not attached to the drinking hose and didn’t seem to fit well. The first time I used the backpack the nozzle fell off while I was skiing and I couldn’t find it. The backpack is useless without the nozzle sealing the water in. I went on the website to see if I could order a new nozzle (which I was thinking would be relatively inexpensive) but it looks like the only option is to order an entire new bladder with the nozzle for $45. This is unfortunate, it’s the first time I have been disappointed by a Dakine product.
